❖ Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & changes in weather is regular feature. It is advisable that light layer clothing should be carried always. In winters it is advisable to carry heavy woolens.

❖ Tour start and end from Bagdogra (IXB) Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway (NJP) Station. Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction).

❖ People with knees, heart & blood pressure problem & having children below 05 years should avoid going to Nathula, Gurudongmar & Yumosomdong (Zero Point) as it could be of high risk & No medical facility available.

❖ High Mountains sightseeing like Tsomgo Lake, Yumthang Excursion, Gurudongmar Excursion has to start early in the morning so that guest’s come back early. This is designed for your security as in the afternoon the weather gets cloudy & foggy throughout the year.

❖ People availing the services to Nathula, Tsomgo Lake & North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen)requested to bring:
✦ 04 passport size photograph of each member traveling.
✦ Photo ID proof in original of each member (Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License,School ID card for child etc)
✦ A list mentioning the Name Age & Gender of all traveler family wise.

❖ The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.

❖ Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then the best similar category will be provided.

❖ In our area almost all the hotels do not have lift, so the guest have to climb stairs to reach their rooms. Incase the guest's cannot climb the higher floors ,kindly report this problem immediately to us so that we are careful in assigning Hotels which will be more convenient for them.

❖ Room Heater available with an extra cost bourne by the guest directly (Except at Super Luxury , Luxury ,Premium )

❖ For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll out bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

❖ Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

❖ The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.

❖ As the vehicles & drivers change always ( sector wise ), we request you to inform the guest to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle there is very little chance of you getting them back.Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.

❖ In gangtok due to specified time for entry many of times your connecting destination vehicle may not be allowed to enter the town / hotel area. Under such circumstances you will be transferred from Bus stand / Taxi Stand to the hotel in Maruti Vans for which the driver of your connecting vehicle will make the payment.

❖ If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.

Booking & Payment Procedure:

❖ We need following to process your booking
1. Itinerary Name / Number
2. Guest Name & Contact Number
3. Naming List with gender & age
4. Arrival / Departure details

Amendment
Any amendment on a booked tour will be treated as cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a amendment fee if required, which will vary from case to case.

❖Payment Process:
⚀ Booking to be confirmed before 25 days with 50% advance payment of total booking Amount.(April, May, June, September, October, November & December.
⚀ Booking to be confirmed before 15 days with 50% advance payment total booking Amount.(January, February, March, July, & August )

❖ We don’t have a policy of dealing in credit. For availing the service, full & final payment (balance booking Amount) has to be cleared/realised into the account 2-3 days before the arrival of the guest.

❖ On realization of final & full payment we will acknowledge the new receipt number with final confirmation over email. In case the Full payment is not realized into our account 2-3 days before prior to arrival; the booking will be cancelled without any intimation / notice.Further please note Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening will be returned through cheque / bank deposits in 7 working days.

❖ All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation has effected the operation of the Tours.

❖ Refund
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
